基于人际关系理论的延续性护理在牙列缺失行即刻种植患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索基于Peplau人际关系理论的延续性护理模式在牙列缺失行即刻种植即刻修复患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年2月于南京市某口腔医院种植科因牙列缺失行即刻种植即刻修复的患者88例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各44例。试验组在常规护理的基础上实施基于Peplau人际关系理论的延续性护理模式,对照组给予常规护理。干预3个月后评估两组患者的OHIP-I评分、义齿折断情况及全口义齿满意度评分。结果共纳入73例研究对象。干预后3个月试验组OHIP-I评分、全口义齿满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组义齿折断情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于Peplau人际关系理论的延续性护理模式能够有效促进牙列缺失行即刻种植即刻修复患者的口腔健康状况,优化患者种植体验,提高患者种植成功率及护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing model based on Peplau's interpersonal relationship theory in patients with missing dentition and immediate implantation.Methods A total of eighty-eight patients with missing dentition treated with immediate implantation in the implantology department of a dental hospital in Nanjing were selected as the research object from January 2018 to February 2019.According to the random number table,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The experimental group implemented the continuous nursing model based on Peplau's interpersonal relationship theory on the basis of conventional nursing,and the control group was given conventional nursing.Three months after the intervention,the OHIP-I score,denture fracture and complete denture satisfaction score of the two groups were evaluated.Results A total of 73 study subjects were included.Three months after the intervention,the OHIP-I score and complete denture satisfaction score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in denture fracture between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing model based on Peplau's interpersonal relationship theory can effectively promote the oral health of patients with immediate implantation and immediately repair of missing dentition.It can optimize patient implantation experience,improve patient implant success rate and nursing satisfaction.
