摘  要:针对纵向活动盆式支座方向安装错误的病害,以客货共线某连续梁桥5#,6#墩的盆式支座为例,通过对比分析2种病害整治方案,选用支座改造方案,即切除现有支座的纵向限位装置,支座变为多向活动支座,并在同一墩顶两支座间新增横向限位装置,以满足支座原设计的横向限位功能。对横向限位装置和对应的支承垫石进行单独设计,制定施工方案,改造后的支座工作状态良好。Aiming at the diseases of wrong installation direction of longitudinal movable pot bearings,taking the potbearing of 5#and 6#piers of continuous bridge on mixed passenger and freight railway as an example,the treatmentscheme of bearing reconstruction was proposed by comparing and analyzing two disease treatment schemes.Thelongitudinal restrainer of the existing bearing is cut off,the bearing is changed into a multi-directional movable bearing,and a transverse restrainer is added between the two bearings on the same pier top to meet the transverse restrainfunction of the original design of the bearing.The transverse restrainer and the corresponding bearing pad stone aredesigned separately,and the construction scheme is formulated.The transformed bearing works well.
