摘　　要：长大铁路隧道疏散救援是一项涉及多专业、多部门的系统工程。从土建结构设施、机电设备设施、监控系统、疏散模式和管理系统5个方面建立了疏散救援技术体系,根据该体系新型设备设施监控系统的多功能与先进性,提出了长大铁路隧道疏散救援的管理组织架构和救援模式,并给出了随机停车与定点停车疏散救援方案和执行顺序,可为长大铁路隧道或类似工程的设计建造、运营维护提供支撑。The evacuation and rescue of long and large railway tunnel is a systematic project involving many specialtiesand departments.The technical system of evacuation and rescue was established from five aspects:civil structure facilities,mechanical and electrical equipment facilities,monitoring system,evacuation mode and management system.According tothe multi-function and advanced nature of the new equipment and facilities monitor system,this paper put forward themanagement organization structure and rescue mode of the evacuation and rescue of the long and large railway tunnel,andgave the evacuation and rescue plan and the execution sequence of the random parking and fixed point parking,which canprovide support for the design,construction,operation and maintenance of the long and large railway tunnel or similarengineering.
