摘 要:为提升超大型复杂铁路工程建设全过程管理水平,首先通过分析管理面临的困难开展重要节点辨识的研究;然后针对超大型复杂铁路工程特点完善现有标准体系,给出技术标准、管理标准和作业标准的体系架构;最后分析超大型复杂铁路工程建设全过程管理的实施策略,介绍了目标管理法、分层控制法、闭环管理法,提出严格源头把关、坚持样板引路、控制施工工艺、建立问题制度等措施。该研究成果对提升超大型复杂铁路工程建设管理水平,推动相关理论发展具有一定意义。In order to improve the management level of the whole process of ultra-large complex railway engineeringconstruction,firstly,the identification of important nodes was studied by analyzing the management difficulties.Secondly,according to the characteristics of ultra-large complex railway engineering,the existing standard system wasimproved,and the system framework of technical standard,management standard and operation standard was given.Finally,the implementation strategy of the whole process management of ultra-large complex railway engineeringconstruction was analyzed.The target management method,hierarchical control method and closed-loop managementmethod were introduced,and some measures were put forward,such as strictly checking the source,adhering to themodel guide,controlling the construction technology and establishing the problem system.The research results havecertain significance to improve the management level of ultra-large complex railway engineering construction andpromote the development of relevant theories.
