当代多元文明的包容并进与构建人类命运共同体

摘　　要：人类文明发展是持续前行及接续跃迁的进步过程,然而充斥着资本逻辑与西方中心色彩的"文明优越论"及"文明对立论"妨碍了当代多元文明的共同发展。包容并进是当代多元文明发展的鲜明时代诉求,其呼吁当代多元文明在发展中实现民族特色与开放交流的互鉴性统一、历史承继与开拓创新的进步性统一、内容丰富与形式多样的平等性统一。践行包容并进理念的人类命运共同体方案对推动当代多元文明发展具有革新性的范式意义。构建人类命运共同体要求通过发展世界生产力筑牢当代多元文明包容共进的物质基础、通过阐释共同价值增进当代多元文明包容共进的思想共识、通过捍卫主权与发展自主性维护当代多元文明包容共进的民族国家载体。The development of human civilization is a progressive process of continuous progress and continuous transition.However,the theory of"civilization superiority"and"civilization opposition"which are full of capital logic and western central color hinder the common development of contemporary multi-civilization.Inclusiveness and progressiveness is the distinctive appeal of the times for the development of contemporary multi-civilization,which calls for the unity of mutual learning between national characteristics and open exchanges,the progressive unity of historical inheritance and innovation,and the equality unity of rich content and diverse forms.The practice of the concept of inclusive and progressive community of human destiny has innovative paradigm significance to promote the development of contemporary multi-civilization.The construction of a community with a shared future for mankind requires that the material basis for the inclusive progress of contemporary multi-civilization be established through the development of world productive forces,the ideological consensus of inclusiveness and progress of contemporary multi-civilization can be enhanced through the interpretation of common values,and the carrier of the inclusive progress contemporary multi-civilization can be maintained by defending sovereignty and development of autonomy.
