摘  要:构树作为非常规饲料资源,因富含蛋白质、氨基酸等被广泛用作畜禽蛋白饲料。为探究构树叶粉用作家蚕人工饲料原料的可行性,本试验以普通的家蚕人工饲料为对照,针对其中的桑叶粉原料分别以25%、50%、75%和100%比例的构树叶粉替代,并进行养蚕试验。结果表明:小蚕对构树叶粉的适应性较差,以25%比例的构树叶粉替代桑叶粉饲育5龄大蚕,其养蚕成绩与普通人工饲料相当(P>0.05)。综上,大蚕人工饲料中以不高于25%比例的构树叶粉替代桑叶粉,具有一定的可行性。Broussonetiapapyrifera leaf,as the unconventional feed resource,were widely used as protein feed for domesticated animals due to its high protein and amino acid contents.To investigate the feasibility of rearing silkworms by Broussonetiapapyrifera leaves,this study were designed to feed silkworms by the artificial diet contained 25%,50%,75%and 100%Broussonetiapapyrifera leaves to replace corresponding mulberry leaves,respectively.The common artificial diet feed with mulberry leaf powder were set as the control group.Results showed a low adaptability of young silkworms for the artificial diet contained Broussonetiapapyrifera leaf powder.The cocooning performance of 5 instar silkworms showed that the treatment with 25%replacing ratio were reached or nearly reached to the control level(P>0.05).Therefore,it may be feasible to feed 5 instar silkworms by Broussonetiapapyrifera leaves with a 25%or lower replacing ratio.
