摘　　要：目的探讨单纯肠及肠系膜损伤的CT表现.方法回顾性分析14例经手术证实的单纯肠及肠系膜损伤患者的CT影像资料.结果14例患者中,肠壁断裂0例,肠壁水肿9例,肠系膜血肿6例,肠系膜渗出14例,肠腔外游离气体2例,腹腔积液10例;术前诊断为肠及肠系膜损伤12例.结论CT扫描能充分显示单纯肠及肠系膜损伤的多种直接及间接征象,是诊断单纯肠及肠系膜损伤的重要方法.Objective To study the CT manifestations of simple intestinal and mesenteric injury.Methods The CT imags of 14 patients with simple intestinal and mesenteric injury confirmed by surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results CT images of 14 patients showed that there was 0 case of intestinal wall rupture,9 cases of intestinal wall edema,6 cases of mesenteric hematoma,14 cases of mesenteric exudation,2 cases of free gas outside the intestinal cavity,10 cases of peritoneal effusion.Of 14 cases,12 cases were diagnosed as intestinal and mesenteric injury before operation.Conclusion CT scan can fully display various direct and indirect signs simple intestinal and mesenteric injury,which is an important method for the detection of simple intestinal and mesenteric injury.
