医技科室仪器设备维修资源自动调度建模分析

摘　　要：维修资源是保证医技科室仪器设备可靠运行的关键,维修资源调度效率对保障设备能力有直接影响。为了保证维修资源调度效率,进行医技科室仪器设备维修资源自动调度建模分析。介绍了着色时间Petri网建模基本原理,对维修保障系统分与维修保障资源调度任务进行分析。确定时间着色Petri网规则,在此基础上,通过时间着色网能够把各种任务库集合在一起,利用库所颜色对各种任务的相关属性进行描述,采用有色托肯完成对任务属性的建模。从基本Petri网着手,构造维修库变迁网模型,后逐渐抽象,把各种类型资源库集合在一起形成弧常量有色网系统模型,把相关变迁合并得到有色网模型,实现维修资源自动调度建模。经验证,建立模型效率高,可满足设备使用及维修需求。Maintenance resource is the key to ensure the reliable operation of medical technology department equipment,and the efficiency of maintenance resource scheduling has a direct impact on the ability of supporting equipment.In order to ensure the efficiency of maintenance resource scheduling,the automatic scheduling model of medical equipment maintenance resources is analyzed.The basic principle of colored time Petri net modeling is introduced,and the maintenance support system and maintenance support resource scheduling task are analyzed.The rules of time coloring Petri net are determined.On this basis,through time coloring net,all kinds of task libraries can be gathered together,and the related attributes of various tasks can be described by using the colors of the databases.The task attributes can be modeled by using colored token.Starting from the basic Petri net,the transition network model of maintenance library is constructed,and then gradually abstracted.All kinds of resource libraries are gathered together to form the arc constant colored network system model,and the relevant transitions are combined to form the colored network model to realize the automatic scheduling model of maintenance resources.It is verified that the model is efficient and can meet the needs of equipment use and maintenance.
