摘 要:辐照强度均匀性是太阳模拟器的一项重要指标,传统的太阳模拟器一般采用光学积分器进行匀光,但是光学积分器具有加工复杂和成本高等问题。传统的光导管一般用于采集太阳光来完成室内照明。采用Tracepro光学软件模拟设计光导管,利用模拟设计结果,制备新型光导管对人造光源进行匀光,应用于太阳模拟器,在直径为Φ100 mm的圆形光斑上,可获得1.98%的辐照强度不均匀性,达到IEC 60904-9标准的A级水平。光导管匀光器具有原理和结构简单、光源利用率高、调节方便等特点。The uniformity of irradiance is an important parameter for solar simulator.In traditional solar simulator,there are some problems such as processing complexity and cost high and so on using optical integrator to obtain uniformity light.Traditional light pipes are usually used to collect sunlight for indoor lighting.The tracepro optical software was used to simulate and design the light pipes,and a new light pipes had been made to obtain the uniform light with artificial light source.according to the simulate results.The nonuniformity of irradiance of a light area with aΦ100 mm diameter is 1.98%used with the new light pipes.It is the A level of nonuniformity of irradiance with the international standard of IEC 60904-9.There are some characters such as simple method and structure,high utilization rate of light source,easy to use and so on with the new light pipes for solar simulator.
