摘 要:针对核电站棒位指示系统连续运行时间长、可靠性和安全性要求高的实际情况,对棒位指示系统处理柜采用了冗余设计,并应用在防城港核电站1、2号机组。根据核电厂安全系统的可靠性分析一般原则,建立处理柜可靠性模型,在各环节的可靠性方块图基础上,通过仿真试验对其可靠度与失效率分别进行了定量分析和定性预测。仿真结果表明:通过可靠性分析发现系统的缺陷,提前采取预防措施,可以有效降低系统失效概率,提高可靠性;冗余设计的处理柜可以确保棒位指示系统的高可靠性要求。In view of long continuous operation time,high reliability and high safety requirements of the rod position indication system in the nuclear power plant,redundant design for the processing equipment of rod position indication system is adopted,and applied to unit 1 and 2 of Fangchenggang nuclear power plant.According to the general principle of reliability analysis for safety systems of nuclear power plant,the reliability model of the processing equipment is established.On the basis of the reliability block diagram of each unit,the reliability and failure rate of the processing equipment are quantitatively analyzed and qualitatively predicted by simulation test.The simulation results show that:through the reliability analysis to find the defects of the system,taking preventive measures in advance,it can effectively reduce the failure probability of the system,and improve the reliability;And redundant design of the processing equipment can ensure the high reliability requirements of the rod position indication system.
