摘 要:减少健步机磨损有利于提高健步机使用寿命,为此,研究一种基于表面熔覆技术的健步机抗磨损性能优化方法。选择Ti811钛合金作为基体材料,并对健步机金属板的切割,获取基材试块;通过QH21h型氧-乙炔火焰喷涂枪把熔覆材料喷涂至试件表面,获取磨损试样。分析熔覆层和周围部分组织结构,观察相邻熔覆道熔深间的关系,发现熔覆层与基体结合较为紧密,界面容易判断,距离相近的熔覆道间熔深基本一致,熔覆层相对平整均匀,熔覆层和基体间有微小的亮白过渡带,熔覆层内部组织相对均匀紧密,可提高熔覆层的抗磨损性能。结果显示。通过显微硬度、磨损体积、摩擦因数以及表面形貌方面的分析可以证明覆层抗磨损性能优于基材,可有效实现抗磨损优化,以期减少健步机磨损。To reduce the wear of the walking machine which is beneficial to improve the service life of the walking machine.Ti811 titanium alloy was selected as the base material,and the metal plate of walking machine was cut to obtain the base material test block;the cladding material was sprayed on the surface of the test piece by qh21 h oxygen acetylene flame spraying gun,and the wear samples were obtained.By analyzing the microstructure of the cladding layer and its surrounding parts and observing the relationship between the penetration of adjacent cladding passes,it is found that the cladding layer and the substrate are closely combined,the interface is easy to judge,the penetration between the cladding layers with similar distance is basically the same,the cladding layer is relatively flat and uniform,there is a small bright white transition zone between the cladding layer and the substrate,and the internal structure of the cladding layer is relatively uniform and compact,which can improve the resistance of the cladding layer Wear performance.The results show that through the analysis of microhardness,wear volume,friction coefficient and surface morphology,it can be proved that the anti-wear performance of the coating is better than that of the substrate,which can effectively realize the anti-wear optimization,so as to reduce the wear of the walking machine.
