摘  要:厂用电快切装置投入之前,需对厂用母线段工作进线、备用进线和母线电压互感器进行一次、二次核相,确保各电压互感器引出极性正确,防止厂用电非同步切换。常规的电压二次通电试验不能很好地检查电压互感器一次引出极性。采用三相低电压进行一次通压试验,电压互感器二次电压幅值偏小,亦不能良好地检查电压互感器引出极性与相序。研究提出采用低压厂用工作变作为升压变压器对厂用电系统进行一次通电试验,该方法可以便捷地校验电压互感器一次、二次回路及快切用电压回路的极性,弥补采用一次升压校验方法而又受到试验设备限制的不足,在发电机组并网后不需要再次确认快切用电压回路的极性便可执行厂用电切换试验,从而能够提高施工效率。Before the auxiliary power switching device put into operation,it is necessary to conduct primary and secondary phase checking for the working incoming line,standby incoming line and busbar voltage transformer of auxiliary busbar,so as to ensure the validity polarity of each voltage transformer and prevent the non-synchronous switching of auxiliary power.The conventional secondary voltage injection test can not check the polarity of the voltage transformer well.The secondary voltage value is too small by three-phase primary low voltage injection test,and the polarity and phase sequence can not be well checked.In this paper,the low-voltage auxiliary transformer is used as the step-up transformer to conduct primary voltage injection test for the auxiliary power system.This method can easily check the polarity,and make up for the shortage of the primary injection test which is limited by the equipment.The auxiliary power switching test can be carried out after power generators have been connected to the grid without polarity checking,so as to improve the construction efficiency.
