摘  要:乌东德水电站大坝坝高270 m,为混凝土双曲拱坝。依托乌东德水电站大坝施工,研究使用液压自爬升模板代替传统悬臂模板,形成了一套双曲拱坝混凝土液压自爬升模板施工技术。液压自爬升模板自带液压动力装置,无需借助吊车等外力即可自主爬升。模板可前倾后仰,上下和左右方向均可自由调节,面板采用“以曲代曲”方式,能够较好地适应双曲拱坝复杂体形结构。同时采用特殊设计锚固系统,以满足高升层、大荷载条件下施工安全和模板变形控制要求。实践应用表明,该技术能够满足七级大风条件下正常作业、八级大风条件下正常爬升、十二级大风条件下保证自身安全等要求,有效避免大风对大坝混凝土施工的影响。The dam of Wudongde hydropower station is a double-curved concrete arch dam.The largest dam height is 270 m.Taking the dam construction of Wudongde hydropower station as an example,this paper has proposed the construction technology of hydraulic self-climbing formwork for double-curved concrete arch dam by studying the hydraulic self-climbing formwork instead of cantilever formwork.With its own hydraulic power device,the hydraulic self-climbing formwork can be tilted forward and backward,and be adjusted freely in horizontal and vertical directions.The flexible formwork panel is curved to better adapt to the complex dam structure.A special designed anchoring system is applied to meet the requirements of construction safety and formwork deformation control under high-rise and high-load conditions.Practical application shows that the hydraulic self-climbing formwork can be operated normally under seventh-level wind condition,can climb normally under eighth-level wind condition,and can ensure its own safety under twelve-level wind condition.These characteristics of the construction technology can minimize the impact of strong wind on the dam concrete construction.
