摘  要:电气化铁路牵引负荷受线路坡道、运输组织等因素影响,具有平均负荷率低、短时负荷严重等特点,导致牵引变压器安装容量大、容量利用率低、基本电费支出不合理等问题。为解决上述问题,结合节能、环保、智能需求,研制了110 kV高过载节能环保型智能牵引变压器。本文就研制的总体技术路线、实施方案的选取、关键技术研究、试验验证等方面进行分析和阐述。With influence of slope of the line and transportation organization,the traction loads of electrified railway have the characteristics of low average load rate and short time heavy load,which lead to problems such as large installed capacity of traction transformer,low capacity utilization,and unreasonable basic electricity bill expenses.In order to solve above-mentioned problems and with consideration of energy saving,environmental protection and intellectualization,a type of high-overload energy-saving and environmental-friendly intelligent traction transformer has been developed.This paper analyzes and expounds the overall technical route,research on key technologies,test verification about this transformer.This paper makes in details the analysis and illustration on the development of the transformer in terms of technical routes,selection of implementation schemes,key technological research and test verifications.
