摘  要:在我国河口海岸地区修筑土工管袋堤坝时,面临适合充填的砂类土严重缺乏的问题.而高含黏量泥砂充填管袋脱水固结速度太慢,不能满足潮间带上一天一层的施工要求,使该技术应用地区范围受到较大限制.在调研我国河口海岸地区管袋充填土颗粒组成特征的基础上,通过室内吊袋脱水模型试验,使用正交试验设计方法,系统研究了袋布织物孔径、充填土黏粒含量和砂粒占比(砂粒质量占砂、粉粒总质量的比例)对管袋保土性能、脱水速率和脱水程度的影响规律.试验结果及分析表明:当充填土的黏粒含量从规范建议的10%以内增加至15%时,脱水速率小幅下降,但大部分试验工况中吊袋依然能在10 h内完成初步脱水固结.75%的试验工况充填土流失率不超过30%,保土效果良好;袋布选型设计中,可采用O90/d90≤1.5作为保土准则.脱水速率主要随充填土黏粒含量增高、袋布织物孔径减小而降低,且充填土黏粒含量超过15%时脱水速率显著降低;最终脱水程度主要随充填土黏粒含量增高、砂粒占比的降低而降低,且砂粒占比低于35%时脱水程度显著降低;保土效率主要随袋布织物孔径增加、充填土黏粒含量降低而降低;通过选择合适孔径的袋布材料,充填土的含黏量上限可由规范建议的10%适当提高,其脱水固结速率可满足潮间带赶潮施工的要求.The suitable filling sandy soil material for geotextile tube is in serious shortage in the coastal and estuarine areas of China.However,the dewatering and consolidation rate of geotextile tubes filled with high clay particle content soil is very slow.It is difficult to meet the construction requirement that a layer of geotextile tube must first be completely filled and solidified within one day in the intertidal zone;this results in the limited application of this engineering technology.The filling soil particle characteristics of geotextile tubes in the coastal and estuarine areas of China were first investigated.Based on the investigation results,a series of orthogonal laboratory hanging bag tests were conducted to study the influence of geotextile pore size,fillings clay content,and sand proportion(the ratio of sand mass to the total mass of sand and silt)on the soil retention efficiency,dewatering rate,and dewatering efficiency of geotextile tubes.The test results and analysis show that when the fillings clay content increases from 10%to 15%as the relevant technical codes proposed,the dewatering rate decreases slightly and hanging bags in most tests can also be preliminarily dewatered and solidified within 10 h.In 75%tests,soil leakage rate does not exceed 30%,showing good soil retention.During the geotextile design process,O90/d90≤1.5 can be adapted as the soil retention criterion.The dewatering rate decreases when the clay content increases or pore size of the geotextile decreases,and the decrease is significant when the clay content exceeds 15%.The final dewatering efficiency decreases when clay content of the fillings increases or sand proportion decreases,and the decrease is significant when sand proportion is less than 35%.The soil retension efficiency decreases when the pore size of the geotextile increases or clay content of the fillings decreases.By selecting geotextiles with suitable pore sizes,the upper limit of the clay content of fillings can be appropriately improved from 10%as technical codes
