摘 要:CFG桩桩-网复合地基是一种新型的深厚软土地基加固处理技术,桩网结构最早应用于路堤加固,其独特的地基荷载传递机制被证明能较好的控制地基工后沉降。基于浙江湖州某物流仓库深厚软土地基处理工程为依托,分析桩网复合地基的设计、布桩、施工及处理效果等关键问题,通过现场单桩平板静载试验对设计进行验证。结果表明,应用桩网复合地基进行大面积物流仓库地基处理效果明显,可为类似复合地基处理工程设计和施工提供参考。CFG pile-net composite foundation is a new type of consolidation technology for deep soft soil foundation.Pile net structure was first used in embankment reinforcement,and its unique foundation load transfer mechanism has been proved to be able to better control foundation settlement after construction.Based on the treatment project of deep soft soil foundation of a logistics warehouse in Huzhou,Zhejiang province,this paper analyzes the design,pile layout,construction and treatment effect of pile-net composite foundation and other key issues,and verifies the design through the static load test of single pile plate on site.The results show that the application of pile net composite foundation to large area logistics warehouse foundation treatment effect is obvious,which can provide reference for similar composite foundation treatment engineering design and construction.
