摘  要:某高层建筑场地为花岗岩及其残积土,采用泥浆护壁钻孔灌注桩,进行了基桩自平衡及竖向抗压静载试验,但单桩承载力不能满足设计要求。结合场地土层的特性及静载试验数据分析发现,桩实际桩侧摩阻力比地质报告建议值降低较多。在不增加桩长及桩直径的情况下,钻孔灌注桩采用后注浆工艺,提高了桩端阻力及桩侧阻力。同时通过试验桩对注浆量等关键参数提出建议值,可供类似工程参考使用。A high-rise building site is composed of granite and residual soil.The self balance and vertical compression static load tests of bored piles with slurry wall protection are carried out,but the bearing capacity of single pile can not meet the design requirements.Combined with the characteristics of soil layer and static load test data analysis,it is found that the actual pile side friction is much lower than the recommended value in the geological report.Without increasing the length and diameter of the pile,the post grouting technology is adopted in the bored pile to improve the pile end resistance and pile side resistance.At the same time,the recommended values of grouting amount and other key parameters are put forward through the test pile.This paper can be used for reference in similar projects.
