西藏岩画中古代体育运动雏形及其当代价值研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、图像分析法等,对分布在西藏各地具有体育元素的岩画进行研究分析。在西藏的山石岩画中:蕴含着射箭、武术、舞蹈、马术、投掷等西藏地方古代体育运动的雏形,反映出高原古人强身健体、休闲娱乐的生活方式。这些弥足珍贵的历史文化遗存为我们探寻西藏地方古代体育文化的发展演变提供了依据。传承发展西藏地方古代体育文化,使其能够更好地在新时代为建设健康和谐的西藏提供强有力的支撑。By using the methods of literature and image analysis,this paper studies and analyzes the rock paintings with sports elements distributed all over Tibet.In the mountain rock paintings of Tibet,there are archery,martial arts,dance,equestrian,throwing and other embryonic forms of ancient sports in Tibet,reflecting the life styles of the ancient people in the plateau for physical fitness,leisure and entertainment.These precious historical and cultural remains provide a basis for us to explore the development and evolution of ancient sports culture in Tibet.Mining and sorting out the ancient sports culture in rock paintings can better serve the construction of a healthy and harmonious Tibet in the new era.
