舒适护理干预在预防行乳腺癌根治术患者术后淋巴水肿中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理干预在预防行乳腺癌根治术患者术后淋巴水肿的中应用效果。方法选取2015年7月至2017年2月在解放军第105医院接受诊治的乳腺癌患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,研究组患者采用舒适护理干预。观察并对比两组患者护理前后肢体功能、消极情绪及淋巴水肿情况。结果护理后两组患者日常活动能力量表(ADL)评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理前焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较差异无统计学意义;护理后两组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者淋巴水肿发生率(2.5%)低于对照组(22.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预能有效提高患者肢体功能,使患者具备日常生活能力,降低患者消极情绪,促进患者病情恢复,预防淋巴水肿,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To study the application of comfortable nursing intervention in the prevention of postoperative lymphadenopathy in patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods Eighty cases of breast cancer patients admitted to the hospital from July 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,40 cases each.Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,while patients in study group were treated with comfort nursing intervention.Limb function,negative emotion and lymphedema were observed and compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The activities of daily living(ADL)scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS score of patients in the two groups was lower than that before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of lymphedema in the study group(2.5%)was lower than that in the control group(22.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Comfortable nursing intervention can effectively improve the patient's limb function,so that patients with daily life ability,reduce the negative emotions of patients,to promote patient recovery,prevention of lymphatic edema,improve patient quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion.
