摘　　要：通过对中央在京单位建设工程前期各评价类报告编制与审批工作的梳理,明确了各评价报告编制启动时点、与可行性研究报告及设计方案的相互作用关系。对审批部门及实践的审批时长进行了罗列,对编制单位的遴选策略提供了相关建议,旨在进一步完善、缩短建设工程的前期流程,保证项目尽早开工建设。Based on the analysis of the preparation and approval of the evaluation reports in the early stage of the construction project of the central government institutions in Beijing,this paper defines the starting point of the preparation of the evaluation reports and the interaction between the evaluation reports and the feasibility study report and the design scheme.The examination and approval time of the examination and approval department and practice are listed,and relevant suggestions are provided for the selection strategy of the preparation department,in order to further improve and shorten the preliminary process of the construction project,and ensure that the project starts construction as soon as possible.
