当代中国政治发展进程中的主流政治话语意蕴——基于新中国70年来历次党代会报告的“政治”短语分析

摘　　要：对新中国70年来历次党代会报告中含有"政治"二字的常见短语进行文本分析,我们发现,主流政治话语的意蕴变化随着当代中国政治发展的具体实践而不断变化,其内在意蕴反映着当代中国政治发展"革命-建设-改革"的思维转变;其词语的"共享"和"独立"蕴含着当代中国政治发展的传承和创新,并呈现五大层面的核心语义:规范党和国家的政治生活,是当代中国政治发展的根本要求;发展社会主义民主政治,是当代中国政治发展的奋斗目标;深化政治体制改革,是当代中国政治发展的强大动力和重要内容;坚持正确的政治路线,是当代中国政治发展兴衰成败的关键所在;建设社会主义政治文明,是当代中国政治发展的价值追求。This paper makes a textual analysis of the common phrases containing the word"politics"in the reports of previous Party Congresses since the founding of New China.We found that the connotations of the mainstream political discourse are changing with the development of contemporary Chinese politics.Its inner meaning reflects the transformation of the thinking paradigm"from revolution to construction and then to reform"in contemporary Chinese political development.The"sharability"and"independence"of the word imply the inheritance and innovation of contemporary Chinese political development,and it presents five levels of core semantics:normalizing the political life of the Party and the state is the fundamental requirement of the political development of contemporary China,developing socialist democratic politics is the goal of struggle of political development in contemporary China,deepening the reform of political system is a powerful driving force and important content of contemporary China s political development,adhering to the correct political line is the key of contemporary China’s political development,and building socialist political civilization is the Value pursuit of contemporary China’s political development.
