右倾长期政权下的日本共产党转型实践:市民视角的新左翼

摘　　要：在欧美发达国家共产党普遍颓势的国际环境和日本安倍右倾政权长期强大体制压力等不利政治形势下,日本共产党依然在近年的大选中维持了相对较高的支持率。这主要源自于该党始终坚持科学社会主义日本特色之路的理论创新与实践:改变激进的传统左翼政党理念,树立"市民政党"新形象。其改进单纯意识形态宣传,更多关注普通市民实际生活所需,通过积极推动学前教育免费、参与社会公益设施运营等国会外活动等方式,既提高了自身政党影响力又获取了普通市民阶层的广泛支持。这为共产主义政党在发达经济体的发展探索了新路线,也为发达经济体左翼政党活动提供了新样板。In the adverse political situation such as the generally declining international environment of the Communist Parties in developed countries in Europe and the United States,and the long-term strong institutional pressure from Abe’s right-wing regime in Japan,the Japanese Communist Party has still maintained a relatively high support rate in recent general elections.This is mainly due to the theoretical innovation and practice of the party’s adherence to the road of Scientific Socialism with Japanese characteristics:to extablish a new image of a"civilian party"by changing radical traditional leftwing party concept.It improved pure ideological propaganda,paid more attention to the actual needs of ordinary people,actively promoted preschool education free of charge and participated in the operation of social public welfare facilities,and other extra-congressional activities.Which is not only enhancing its influence as a political party,but is also garnering broad support from the general citizenry.It explored new routes for the development of communist parties in developed economies,and also provided a new model for the activities of left-wing parties in advanced economies.
