摘 要:为研究添加剂含量及薄膜厚度等对薄膜光学性能的影响,采用原位聚合法制备了含二氧化硅(SiO2)的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),采用双向拉伸的方式制备了双向拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜(BOPET),通过扫描电镜、激光共聚焦显微镜和差示扫描量热仪等考察了薄膜微观形貌、粗糙度、结晶度等性能,系统研究了SiO2粒径和含量对薄膜透过率、雾度、光泽度等光学性能的影响。在研究范围内,当SiO2粒径中值为3.6~4.1μm时,制备的BOPET薄膜具有透过率低、雾度高、光泽度低的特点。In order to study the influence of additive content and film thickness on the optical properties of thin films,polyethylene terephthalate(PET)was prepared by in-situ polymerization and two-way stretch preparation were used to prepare BOPET film.In this paper,the microstructure,roughness,crystallinity and other performance characterization data of the film were investigated by scanning electron microscope,laser confocal microscope and DSC.The influence of silica particle size and content on the optical properties of the film,such as transmittance,haze,gloss were systematically studied.In the research range,the BOPET film prepared accordingly had the characteristics of low transmittance,high haze and low gloss when the median silica particle size was 3.6~4.1μm.
