摘  要:以对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)为原料,2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇(MPO)为改性二元醇,合成了不同MPO含量的共聚酯聚(对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-co-对苯二甲酸2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇酯)(PEMT)。通过对比酯化反应速率、缩聚反应速率、上链率,研究MPO含量对聚合过程的影响,分析了PEMT共聚酯的常规性能及热性能。结果表明,PEMT酯化反应速率随MPO添加量的增加而下降,缩聚反应速率受MPO添加量的影响较小;相同MPO添加量下原料醇酸比越低MPO上链率越高;随着MPO添加量的增加,共聚酯中的二甘醇(DEG)含量减少、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、熔点(Tm)、熔融结晶温度(Tmc)下降,冷结晶温度(Tc)升高,PEMT共聚酯结晶速率减缓;氮气氛围下,MPO添加量超过5%的PEMT共聚酯热稳定性快速下降。A series of copolymer(PEMT)were synthesized using pure terephthalic acid and ethylene glycolasmainmonomer,as well as by adding different amounts of the third monomer 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol.The influence of MPO content on the polymerization process was studied by comparing the esterification reaction rate,polycondensation reaction rate and chain up rate.The conventional properties,thermal properties and thermal stability of PEMT copolyester were analyzed.The results showed that the esterification rate of PEMT decreased with the increase of MPO addition,and the polycondensation rate was less affected by MPO addition.The lower of the alcohol acid ratio,the higher of MPO reaction rate.With the increase of MPO,the content of diethylene glycol(DEG)decreased,the glass transition temperature(Tg),melting point(Tm)and melting crystallization temperature(Tmc)decreased,the cold crystallization temperature(Tc)increased,and the crystallization rate of PEMT copolyester slowed down.Under nitrogen atmosphere,the thermal stability of PEMT copolyester with MPO content more than 5%mol decreased rapidly.
