摘 要:以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为原料,制备了正十字形涤纶纤维。研究了影响纤维力学性能和截面异形度的主要纺丝工艺参数;探讨了纤维异形度的大小对织物吸湿快干性能的影响。结果表明:提高纺丝温度,纤维的断裂强度和断裂伸长率变大,截面异形度降低;提高冷却风速,纤维的断裂强度和断裂伸长率变小,截面异形度变大;一定范围内,纤维异形度的大小对其吸湿快干性能的影响不明显。The cross shaped polyester fiber was prepared from polyethylene terephthalate(PET).The main spinning parameters affecting the mechanical properties and cross-section profiled degree of fibers were studied.The influence of the profiled degree of fibers on the moisture absorption and quick drying property of the fabric was discussed.The results showed that,with the increase of spinning temperature,the breaking strength and elongation at break of the fiber increased,and the cross-section profile degree decreased.With the increase of the speed of quench air,the breaking strength and elongation at break of the fiber became smaller,and the cross-section profiled degree increased.Within a certain range,the influence of the profiled degree on the moisture absorption and quick drying properties of the fiber was not obvious.
