摘 要:研究目的:滨州站作为天津至潍坊高速铁路、济南至滨州城际铁路、滨州至东营城际铁路的重要节点,也作为远期沿海高速通道的重要组成部分,其高铁车站设置方案对城市发展、旅客换乘、车站的功能和使用具有很大影响,因此进行天津至滨州高速铁路引入滨州既有站方案研究具有重要意义。研究结论:(1)提出了中等城市高铁车站选址方法,新建滨州高铁站采用引入既有站方案;(2)分别提出了在普速场北部新建车场、高铁合场的方案Ⅰ以及近期与远期建设相结合的高铁分场方案Ⅱ;(3)综合分析了高速铁路引入既有站的影响因素,如咽喉区布置、站型复杂程度、运营管理、工程施工难度、车流交叉干扰、工程投资费用等,通过技术经济分析,分析结果表明方案Ⅰ更优;(4)基于AHP方法建立了方案比选的递阶分析结构模型,计算结果表明,方案Ⅰ最优,通过定性分析和定量计算,最终选择方案Ⅰ为天津至滨州高铁引入滨州既有站方案;(5)本研究成果可为新建高铁引入铁路既有站方案选择提供参考。Research purposes:Binzhou station is an important node of Tianjin-Weifang high-speed railway,Jinan Binzhou intercity railway and Binzhou-Dongying intercity railway,which is also an important part of long-term coastal channel.The layout scheme of high-speed railway station has great influence on urban development,passenger transfer and station function,therefore,it is of great significance to study the scheme of introducing Tianjin-Binzhou high-speed railway into Binzhou existing station.Research conclusions:(1)The location method of high-speed railway station in medium-sized city is proposed,and the scheme of introducing Binzhou high-speed railway station into existing station of conventional railway is proposed.(2)The schemeⅠof building one new railway yard in the north of the conventional speed railway yard,and the schemeⅡof two high-speed railway yards based on the short-term and long-term construction planning are put forward.(3)The factors influencing the introduction of high-speed railway into existing stations are comprehensively analyzed,such as throat area layout,station type,operation management,engineering construction,cross interference of train flow,project investment cost,and the schemeⅠis superior through technical and economic analysis.(4)The hierarchical analysis structure model of scheme comparison is established based on AHP method,and the calculation shows that schemeⅠis optimal.Through qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,schemeⅠis selected as the scheme of introducing Tianjin-Binzhou high-speed railway into Binzhou existing station.(5)The research results can provide a reference for the scheme selection of the new high-speed railway leading into the existing railway station.
