摘 要:乡村薄弱学校建设是一个时代课题,是改变城乡教育发展“不平衡不充分”现状的重要战略举措。乡村振兴战略的实施是乡村学校“全面改薄”的重要机遇期,乡村学校改薄是塑造文明乡风培育乡土人才的重要措施。乡村薄弱学校发展的日渐式微,与城市文化下乡而忽略乡村的地方性知识、模仿城市学校而忘却乡土特色、教师缺乏乡土文化认同且师资建设困难多维交织、城乡教育高度同构加剧乡村生源流失等密切相关。在乡村振兴的战略背景中,乡村薄弱学校建设应实现文化自信、文化自觉和文化自强的和谐统一:做好乡村教育的理论准备、引进全科教师提升乡土认同、立足乡土文化实现各美其美。The construction of rural schools is an time-honored strategic issue that needs to be resolved to change the status of the unbalanced and inadequate educational development in the rural regions.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is an important opportunity for rural schools to consider complete solutions to the existing issues,and get well-transformed,to be characterized by civilized local culture and to cultivate localized talents.At present,rural schools are faced with such problems as focus on the urban culture but ignorance of the local folklore,copy of urban schools but lack of local characteristics,devoid of local cultural identity,and isomorphism of urban and rural education,thus exacerbating the drain of rural students.This article is aimed to explore a rational approach toward the sound development of rural schools in the strategic background of rural revitalization to realize the harmonious unity of cultural self-confidence,awareness and self-reliance.It is expected to provide theoretical implications for advancing rural education through introducing versatile faculty to improve local identity and achieve localized educational goals by virtue of folk culture.
