摘  要:为获得理想的GH4169铣削表面残余应力,提出了铣削工艺参数优选区间划分方法,设计了GH4169铣削正交试验;通过试验结果极差法确定了工艺参数对残余应力影响的主次顺序,通过趋势图分析了残余应力随工艺参数增大的变化趋势;按照所提方法确定了工艺参数优选区间,并通过实验进一步验证了优选区间的可靠性。In order to obtain the ideal surface residual stress of GH4169 milling surface,the optimal interval division method of milling process parameters was proposed,and the orthogonal test of GH4169 milling was designed.The order of the influence of the process parameters on the residual stress was determined by the experiment results and the change trend of the residual stress with the increasing of the process parameters was analyzed.The optimal intervals of process parameters were determined according to the proposed method,and the reliability of the optimized interval was verified by experiments.
