摘 要:为提升双激波套筒活齿传动接触疲劳模糊可靠性分析的计算效率和精度,提出一种改进的响应面法。基于模糊理论,将智能算法与可靠性分析方法相结合,利用蒙特卡罗法抽取样本,经网络训练,建立改进的响应面法模型。利用应力-强度干涉理论,以活齿传动的输入力矩、弹性模量、泊松比、工作齿长为输入随机变量,啮合副的接触强度为输入模糊变量,建立干涉可靠性模型。通过不同方法分别进行模糊可靠性分析,得出各自响应结果的分布特征和可靠度。对比表明:改进的响应面法,在计算效率和精度方面都有所提高。An improved RSM was proposed to improve the computational efficiency and accuracy of contact fatigue fuzzy reliability analysis of double shock sleeve movable teeth transmission.Based on fuzzy theory,an improved RSM model is established by combining intelligent algorithm and reliability analysis method.Based on the theory of stress-strength interference,the interference reliability model is established with moment,elastic modulus,Poisson’s ratio and working tooth length are taken as input random variables and contact strength of meshing pair is taken as input fuzzy variables.Fuzzy reliability is calculated by different methods,and the distribution characteristics and fuzzy reliability of each response result are obtained.The comparison shows that the improved RSM improves the speed and accuracy of the calculation.
