摘 要:针对端齿连接结构接触刚度分析方法无法考虑接触界面微观形貌的问题,提出了一种接触界面刚度解析模型。通过对端齿连接结构进行受力分析与刚度转换,得到端齿接触界面刚度的一般模型,并将GW粗糙表面模型带入其中,得到基于GW粗糙表面模型的具体的端齿接触界面刚度公式,最后与计入接触界面微观形貌影响的端齿有限元分析结果进行了比较,得到了表面微观形貌对端齿接触刚度的影响,并进一步得到了端齿连接结构法向刚度和切向刚度与预紧力和切向力的变化关系。研究结果表明,该解析模型与有限元结果吻合较好,证明了该解析模型的合理性,对端齿连接转子的预紧力和转矩设计提供了一定的理论参考。Aiming at the problem that the contact stiffness analysis method of curvic couplings can not consider the contact interface microscopic morphology,an analytical model of the contact interface stiffness was proposed.Through the stress analysis and stiffness transformation,the general model of curvic couplings contact interface stiffness was obtained,and the GW rough surface model was brought into it to obtain the specific curvic couplings contact interface stiffness formula based on the GW rough surface model.Finally,the analytical model results were compared with finite element results.The effect of surface topography on the contact stiffness of curvic couplings was obtained,and the relationship between the normal contact stiffness and the tangential contact stiffness with the preload and tangential force were obtained.The research shows that the analytical model matches well with the finite element results,which proves the rationality of the analytical model and provides a theoretical reference for the preload force and torque design of the rotors with curvic couplings.
