摘 要:针对有限元分析软件无法处理模态分析中弹塑性单元等非线性特征的问题,利用静态有限元分析方法得出了考虑表面接触的端齿结构刚度随预紧力变化规律,提出了可以表征接触效应影响下端齿连接结构刚度的等效方法。建立了考虑接触的端齿连接转子等效模型,对不同预紧力作用条件下的转子进行了模态分析,得出了预紧力对转子各阶模态及临界转速的影响规律。结果表明:等效方法可以在模态分析中正确反映接触效应对转子刚度的影响,精度满足工程应用要求。Aiming at the problem that the finite element analysis software can’t deal with the nonlinear characteristics such as elastoplastic element in modal analysis,the static finite element analysis method is used to obtain the variation of the stiffness of the end tooth structure considering the surface contact with the preload force and proposed an equivalent method that can characterize the contact effect on the stiffness of the end tooth joint structure.An equivalent model of the end-toothed rotor considering contact is established.The influence of preload force on the modal and critical speed of the rotor is obtained by the modal analysis of the rotor under different preload conditions.Analysis data indicates that the equivalent method can correctly reflect the influence of contact effect on rotor stiffness in modal analysis,and the accuracy meets the requirements of engineering application.
