中文版身体意象相关生活质量量表在系统性红斑狼疮患者中的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的汉化身体意象相关生活质量量表(body image quality of life inventory,BIQLI),并在我国的系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者中进行信效度检测。方法翻译并修订中文版BIQLI,用该量表对303例SLE患者进行调查,并进行信效度分析。结果中文版BIQLI共包括4个维度、17个条目,内容效度为0.915。探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,累积贡献率为66.154%;验证性因子分析评价值均达标,模型拟合良好。总量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.917(P<0.001),各条目的Cronbach’sα系数值均>0.900,重测信度为0.914。结论中文版BIQLI用于评价SLE患者具有较高的信度、效度,为评价SLE患者身体意象相关的生活质量提供了新工具,可在临床进一步推广使用。Objective To translate the Body Image Quality of Life Inventory(BIQLI)into Chinese and to test the reliability and validity of the scale in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)in China.Methods The Chinese version of BIQLI was translated and revised.The reliability and validity were tested among 303 patients with SLE.Results The Chinese version of the BIQLI included 4 dimensions and 17 items.The content validity was 0.915.Four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 66.154%;the evaluation values of confirmatory factor analysis all met the standard,and the model fitted well.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the total table was 0.917(P<0.001),the Cronbach’sαcoefficient value of each item was>0.90,and the retest reliability was 0.914.Conclusions The Chinese version of BIQLI used to evaluate SLE patients is of high reliability and validity.It provides a new tool for evaluating the quality of life related to the body image of SLE patients.It can be further promoted and used in clinical treatment.
