摘　　要：如何帮助中小企业实现信息化转型是非常重要的课题。根据某小型装备公司的需求,设计了一套基于B/S架构的工业数据可视化系统。数据采集设备采集的数据存入MySQL数据库中。服务层采用WebService、WCF、WebSocket相结合的技术,保证系统的可扩展性。Web前端采用HTML5、CSS3、Ajax技术,利用Echarts软件进行可视化显示。该系统成本低、易部署、可扩展,能够实时显示企业设备的当前状态,并能显示分析后的产能利用率等数据,满足该小型装备公司的需求,对中小型制造公司有参考意义。How to help small and medium-sized companies to achieve informatization transformation is a very important topic.In accordance with the needs of a small equipment company,a industrial data visualization system is designed based on B/S architecture.The collected data is stored in the MySQL database.The service layer uses a combination of WebService,WCF,and WebSocket technology to ensure the scalability of the system.The web frontend adopts HTML5,CSS3 and Ajax technology.Echarts software is used for visual display.The system is low-cost,easy to deploy,and expandable.It can display the current status of the equipment in real time as well as the analyzed data such as Capacity Utilization to meet the needs of the small equipment company.This system provides reference significance for small and medium manufacturing enterprises.
