摘  要:大学生的自我教育是把自己作为教育对象的教育,具有主体和客体双重身份。大学生要实施自我教育,首先要认识到自己是自我教育的主体,能把教师的要求和社会发展的目标变成自己努力的方向,产生进一步提升自我、完善自我的需求,主动投入自我教育实践中。通过自我认识、自我学习、自我调适、自我反思等实现不断完善自我的目标。The self-education of college students is the education that aims them as the object of education,with the dual identity of subject and object,To implement self-education,college students must realize that they are the main body of the education,and they can make the teachers'requirements and the social development goal be their own efforts to generate demands for further improvement and perfection and actively engage in self-education practice.To achieve the goal of continuous self-improvement,they must perfect themselves by self-knowledge,self-learning,self-adjustment and self-reflection.
