摘　　要：医学生的成长是一个漫长的过程,如何引导医学生成长为合格的临床医务工作者,是医学教育者必须思考的问题。本文通过对40名医学生的成长叙事文本的分析,梳理出医学生在专业学习、职业规划、素质拓展等方面存在的问题。作为医学生成长道路上的人生导师与知心朋友,辅导员应该通过学业帮扶引导医学生学会学习,通过职业规划引导医学生树立正确的职业价值观,通过社会实践拓展医学生的综合素质。The growth of medical students is a long process,how to guide medical students to grow into medical workers who are qualified for clinical work,educators must think about it.By analyzing the growth narrative text of 40 medical students,this paper sorts out the problems of medical students in the aspects of professional learning,career planning and quality development.As life-mentors and bosom-friends of medical students,counselors should assist medical students in their growth and guide them to learn by helping them with their studies,and guide medical students to establish correct professional values through career planning and education,expand the medical students’comprehensive quality through the social practice guidance.
