摘 要:通过护理团队建设情况的介绍,探讨多单位成员组建一线新型冠状病毒肺炎医疗队护理团队建设管理方法,指出护理团队人员年龄、职称、职务、专业比例的合理搭配,移动信息技术在人员信息采集、培训中的使用,支援方与被支援方良好的互信合作,切合实际的护理分组、人力安排及护理培训,根据具体工作情况及时调整的护理工作流程,不同时期采用不同方法给予护理人员的心理支持,均起到了不断促进防控护理管理疫情工作良好开展的作用。By introducing the conditions of nursing team building,the management method in nursing team in frontline COVID-19 medical group organized by multi-unit members is discussed,it is pointed out that the factors could promote good development of nursing management for epidemic prevention and control continuously,and they are:rational combination of the members in nursing team in the proportions of the age,professional titles,duty and major,the application of mobile information technology to information collection and training of the staffs,good mutual trust and cooperation between the supporting party and the supported party,practical nursing grouping,manpower arrangement and nursing training,adjusting nursing workflow timely according to specfic work,and different psychological support given to nursing staffs in different periods.
