摘　　要：通过一则验案探讨刘伟胜教授辨证论治肺癌的经验,刘伟胜教授认为肺癌多因气阴亏虚,痰热瘀毒互结而发,首当辨明邪实正虚之主次,治疗多以益气养阴,攻毒除瘤为主。Professor Liu Weisheng's experience of treating lung cancer was discussed through one proven case,he thought that lung cancer mostly was caused by Qi and Yin deficiency,mutual intermingled of phlegm-heat and stasis-toxin,first of all,we should distinguish the primary and secondary factor of excessive pathogen and healthy Qi deficiency,mostly the treatment should be based on replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin,attacking toxin and eliminating tumor.
