摘　　要：目的:评价补肾类中药治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索数据库包括美国医学文摘数据库(PubMed)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方学术期刊数据库(WanFang Dat a)、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)等,收集单用西药治疗(柳氮磺胺吡啶,SASP)与补肾类中药治疗强直性脊柱炎的随机对照试验(RCT),采用Rev Man5.3软件进行Met a分析。结果:29篇文献符合纳入要求,共计2565例患者,其中中药组1384例,西药组1181例。Met a分析结果显示补肾类中药治疗强直性脊柱炎的有效率优于西药(SASP)[OR=3.61,95%CI (2.91,4.47)]。结论:补肾类中药与西药(SASP)相比,临床疗效较好,不良反应少。但所纳入的临床研究仅2篇属高质量文献,其余文献质量相对偏低,因此需要更多高质量、多中心的随机双盲临床研究进一步补充验证。Objective: To evaluate clinical effects of kidney-tonifying herbs in the treatment for ankylosing spondylitis(AS). Methods: RCT about only Western medicine(SASP) and kidney-tonifying herbs were collected by searching the database including PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP and others with computer, RevMan 5.3 statistical software was used to perform Meta analysis. Results: A total of 29 papers met the inclusion requirements,altogether 2 565 patients, among them, there were 1384 cases in TCM group and 1181 patients in Western medicine group. Meta analysis results showed that the effective rate of kidney-tonifying herbs in treating AS was superior to that of Western medicine(SASP)[OR=3.61,95% CI(2.91,4.47)]. Conclusion: Compared with Western medicine(SASP), kidney-tonifying herbs possess better clinical effects and minor adverse reaction. While only two of the included clinical studies were of high quality, the rest were relatively low, more high-quality, multi-center randomized double-blind clinical studies are needed to further supplement the verification.
