白虎汤合葛根芩连汤加味治疗登革热热郁气分证疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察白虎汤合葛根芩连汤加味治疗登革热热郁气分证的临床疗效。方法:将登革热热郁气分证患者60例按随机数字表法分为西医组和结合组各30例。西医组给予西药治疗,结合组在西医组治疗的基础上给予白虎汤合葛根芩连汤加味治疗。观察患者出血、发热、皮疹、淋巴结肿大症状消退时间,治疗前后中医症状评分、白细胞计数(white blood cell,WBC)和血小板计数(blood platelet,PLT)、临床疗效及治疗期间的药物毒副反应发生率。结果:结合组出血、发热、皮疹、淋巴结肿大症状消退时间均短于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组主症、次症和中医症状总评分均较治疗前降低,结合组低于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组WBC、PLT均较治疗前升高,结合组高于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结合组总有效率高于西医组(P<0.05);两组药物毒副反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:白虎汤合葛根芩连汤加味能够减轻登革热热郁气分证患者临床症状,提高WBC和PLT水平,与西医支持治疗有协同增效作用,且不会增加药物毒副反应。Objective: To observe clinical effects of Baihu Tang and modified Gegen Qinlian Tang in treating dengue fever of heat depression pattern. Methods: Sixty patients with dengue fever of heat depression pattern were divided into Western medicine group and the combination group according to random number table method.Western medicine group were given Western medicine, the combination group Baihu Tang and modified Gegen Qinlian Tang. To observe the disappearing time of the symptoms including bleeding, fever, rash, enlarged lymph nodes, TCM syndrome scales before and after treating, WBC, PLT, clinical effects, the incidence of drug toxicity during therapeutic period. Results: The combination group was shorter than Western medicine group in the disappearing time of the symptoms including bleeding, fever, rash and enlarged lymph nodes, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);after treating, total scores of the primary symptoms, secondary symptoms and TCM symptoms in both groups after treating reduced compared with these before treating, the combination group was lower than Western medicine group after treating, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P <0.05);WBC and PLT in both groups increased after treating compared with these before treating, the combination group was higher than Western medicine group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P <0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of clinical effects between both groups(P<0.05), total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05), the difference had no statistical meaning in the incidence of drug toxicity during therapeutic period between both groups(P >0.05). Conclusion:Baihu Tang and modified Gegen Qinlian Tang could relieve clinical symptoms in treating dengue fever of heat depression pattern, it could raise WBC and PLT levels, enhance curative effect of Western medicine supportive therapy, and won’t increase drug adverse reactions.
