苏黄止咳胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠及丙卡特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察苏黄止咳胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠及丙卡特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将咳嗽变异性哮喘(乙酰胆碱浓度0.29~2.5 mg)患者120例随机分为对照组和试验组各60例,对照组应用孟鲁司特钠及丙卡特罗治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上应用苏黄止咳胶囊治疗,治疗8周后观察两组患者日间、夜间咳嗽症状评分及肺功能改善程度。结果:苏黄止咳胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠及丙卡特钠罗在控制咳嗽变异性哮喘患者日、夜间咳嗽症状及改善肺功能方面优于孟鲁司特钠加丙卡特罗。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠及丙卡特罗能控制及改善咳嗽变异性哮喘患者咳嗽症状及肺功能。Objective: To observe clinical effects of Suhuang Zhike capsules combined with montelukast and procatero in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA). Methods: All 120 patients with CVA(the concentrations of acetylcholine ranged from 0.29 to 2.5 mg) were randomized into the control group and the experiment group, 60 cases each group, the control group were treated by montelukast and procatero, and the experiment group took Suhuang Zhike capsules based on the therapy the control group accepted, to observe daytime and night cough symptoms scores, pulmonary function improvements between both groups after treating for eightweeks. Results:Suhuang Zhike capsules combined with montelukast and procatero were superior to only montelukast and procatero in improving daytime and night cough symptoms and pulmonary function. Conclusion: Suhuang Zhike capsules combined with montelukast and procatero in the treatment of CVA could control and improve cough and pulmonary function.
