摘　　要：目的:探讨踝泵运动对糖尿病足溃疡创面愈合的干预作用。方法:选取2016年7月至2017年7月收治的给予常规干预的糖尿病足患者63例作为对照组,选取2017年8月至2018年8月收治的给予踝泵运动的糖尿病足患者63例作为观察组。比较两组患者足溃疡面积、踝肱指数及不良事件发生率。结果:干预3个月后观察组溃疡面积为(3.25±1.31)cm^2,小于对照组的(6.79±2.46)cm^2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);踝肱指数观察组为(1.52±0.13),高于对照组的(1.36±0.21),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良事件发生率观察组为1.6%(1/63),低于对照组的12.7%(8/63),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:踝泵运动可缩小糖尿病足患者溃疡面积,提高踝肱指数,降低不良事件发生率。Objective: To explore the intervention effects of ankle pump movement on wound healing in the patients with diabetic foot ulcer. Methods: All 63 patients, who were given conventional intervention, admitted from June, 2016 to June, 2017 were chosen as the control group, and 63 cases admitted from August, 2017 to August,2018, who accepted ankle pump movement, as the observation group. To compare the incidences of adverse reaction, ankle brachial index and foot ulcer areas between both groups. Results: After intervention for three months,ulcer area of the observation group was(3.25 ±1.31)cm^2, less than(6.79 ±2.46)cm^2 of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05);ankle brachial index of the observation group was(1.52±0.13),higher than(1.36±0.21) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 1.6%(1/63), lower than 12.7%(8/63) of the control group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ankle pump movement could reduce ulcer area in the patients with diabetic foot, lift ankle brachial index and decrease the incidence of adverse reaction.
