补肾活血方调控VEGF-C/VEGFR-3通路治疗骨性关节炎的研究进展

摘　　要：从骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)炎症介质及新生淋巴管的关系、淋巴管与VEGF-C/VEGFR-3通路的关系及补肾活血方治疗OA的机制3方面入手综述补肾活血方通过调控VEGF-C/VEGFR-3通路治疗骨性关节炎的研究进展,指出补肾活血方可通过调控VEGF-C/VEGFR-3信号通路,介导淋巴管成熟与功能,从而加快清除关节周围炎性物质及分解酶类,抑制炎症反应,消除肿胀,减轻关节损伤。Research progress of kidney-invigorating blood-activating prescriptions regulating VEGF-C/VEGFR-3 pathway in the treatment of osteoarthritis(OA) was reviewed from the aspects of the connections between inflammatory mediators and lymphangiogenesis of OA, the correlations of lymphangioma with VEGF-C/VEGFR-3 pathway, and the mechanism of kidney-invigorating blood-activating prescriptions in the treatment of OA, it was pointed out that kidney-invigorating blood-activating prescriptions could accelerate the clearance of periarticular inflammatory substances and catabolic enzymes, inhibit inflammatory reaction, eliminate the swelling and relieve joint damage through regulating VEGF-C/VEGFR-3 signaling pathway, mediating the maturation and function of lymphangioma.
