重组甘精胰岛素结合拜唐苹在老年2型糖尿病患者治疗中的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究重组甘精胰岛素结合拜唐苹治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:2017年6月-2020年6月收治老年2型糖尿病患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用重组甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组在重组甘精胰岛素基础上增加拜唐苹治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(CHB)、BMI及腰围等指标水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重组甘精胰岛素结合拜唐苹治疗老年2型糖尿病患者的临床效果显著,不仅能有效控制血糖水平,降低血清CHB水平,同时可以提高临床治疗效果,改善患者体质。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of recombinant insulin glargine combined with Baitangping in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2020,60 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant insulin glargine,while the observation group increased Baitangping on the basis of recombinant insulin glargine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The indicator levels of FPG,2 hPG,CHB,BMI and waist circumference in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total efficiency rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant insulin glargine combined with Baitangping has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic patients.It can not only effectively improve the blood glucose level control effect and reduce the serum CHB level,but also improve the clinical treatment effect and improve the patient's physical fitness.The quality of life of patients has been further improved and it is worthy of promotion and application.
