三阶段疗法治疗女阴尖锐湿疣的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察三阶段疗法治疗对女阴尖锐湿疣(CA)的疗效。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年10月女阴尖锐湿疣患者52例,均采用三阶段治疗方法,即1阶段采用高频电灼仪电离子祛除肉眼可见的外阴疣体,随后进行第2阶段光动力治疗(ALA-PDT),第3阶段为每周光动力治疗结束后第3天即开始对局部采用咪喹莫特软膏进行涂抹。在治疗结束后进行为期6个月的随访,评定疗效及复发率。结果:52例患者中治愈49例,复发3例,未出现严重不良反应。结论:三阶段治疗法对于女阴尖锐湿疣的临床疗效确切,此种疗法不仅创面恢复速度快,治疗后复发率低而且可有效缩短治疗周期,减轻患者痛苦,降低治疗经济压力,具有较高安全性。bjective:To observe the efficacy of three-stage therapy in the treatment of vulvar condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods:From January 2017 to October 2019,52 female patients with vulvar condyloma acuminatum were selected,they were treated with three stages,that is,the first stage was to use high frequency electrocautery to remove the vulvar warts visible to the naked eye,followed by the second stage of photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT).The third stage was the local application of imiquimo(Imiquimod)ointment on the third day after the end of weekly photodynamic therapy.The patients were followed up for 6 months after treatment,and the curative effect and recurrence rate were evaluated.Results:Among the 52 patients,49 cases were cured,3 cases recurred after treatment,and there were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Three-stage therapy is effective in the treatment of female vulvar condyloma acuminatum.This therapy not only has fast wound recovery and low recurrence rate,but also can effectively shorten the treatment cycle,reduce the pain of patients and reduce the economic pressure of treatment.It has high safety.
