血液灌流结合血液透析对尿毒症并发症治疗效果的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:观察血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症的效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年7月收治尿毒症患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组采用血液透析治疗,观察组在血液透析基础上联合血液灌流治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液灌流结合血液透析治疗尿毒症,比单独采用血液透析治疗的并发症低,安全性高,且有更好的治疗效果。Objective:To explore the treatment effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremic complications.Methods:From January 2018 to July 2019,40 uremic patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis.The observation group was treated with hemoperfusion on the basis of hemodialysis.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of complications and adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the complications of hemodialysis alone,hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia has higher safety and better therapeutic effect.
