荣大奇教授运用加味身痛逐瘀汤治疗类风湿关节炎湿热痹阻证临床体会

摘　　要：身痛逐瘀汤出自《医林改错》,是临床治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的常用方剂。笔者总结长春中医药大学荣大奇教授辨证治疗类风湿关节炎经验时发现荣大奇教授运用身痛逐瘀汤加味治疗RA湿热痹阻证效果显著,故对其临床应用特点进行了研究分析和总结,希望荣大奇教授此方面的经验能在临床上得以推广使用。Shentongzhuyu decoction is one of the most commonly used prescriptions and main prescriptions in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).The author summarizes Professor Rong Daqi's experience in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis based on syndrome differentiation and finds that Professor Rong Daqi has a significant effect in the treatment of RA dampness heat arthralgia syndrome with modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction,and studies and summarizes its clinical application characteristics,hoping to be widely used in clinical practice.
