扶正化瘀法在皮肤科的应用

摘　　要：中医认为,人生病是由于“邪之所凑,其气必虚”,即引起疾病发生的外部原因虽乃“邪”气,但最终的关键则在于正气不足,邪气才能乘虚而入,最终致使疾病发生。因此,扶正化瘀法是中医常见治疗方法之一,在皮肤病方面应用广泛,例如:银屑病、黄褐斑、结节性红斑等。扶正化瘀的治法从提高机体内元气着手,通过扶助正气、祛除邪气,以达到治愈的目的,且由于正气充足,卫外功能强大,治愈后不易复发。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the disease of human is due to"where evil is gathered,its qi will be empty",that is,the external cause of the disease,although it is"evil"qi,but the ultimate key lies in the lack of good qi,evil can take advantage of the void,resulting in disease.Therefore,Fuzheng and Huayu method is one of the common treatment methods in traditional Chinese medicine,especially in skin diseases,such as,psoriasis,brown spot,erythema nodosum,etc.The treatment method of Fuzheng and Huayu starts with improving the vitality in the body,in order to achieve the goal of cure,due to adequate qi,strong external function,it will not easy to relapse after cure.
