发热门诊患者的心理问题及护理措施

摘　　要：发热门诊的成立缘于2003年的非典疫情,按照卫生部门的相关规定,发热门诊一直保留至今,其主要职责是对有发热症状以及呼吸道疾病的患者进行检查和治疗。发热门诊的各项工作需要按照各种传染性疾病的预检分诊流程进行,可以有效发现传染性疾病患者,尽早进行隔离和治疗,减少疾病的传播,避免出现院内交叉感染。近年来,传染性疾病的发病率高,甲型H1N1流感以及乙型流感等疾病的出现,发热门诊的就诊患者也在不断增加。很多前来发热门诊就诊的患者通常有一定程度的反感,另外还会出现恐惧和害怕心理。因此,了解患者的心理问题,进行针对性的护理,可以有效帮助患者认识疾病,不延误病情,减少传染性疾病的传播。The establishment of fever clinic is mainly due to SARS in 2003.According to the relevant regulations of the ministry of health,fever clinic has been kept up to now.Its main responsibility is to check and treat patients with fever symptoms and respiratory diseases.The work of fever clinic needs to be carried out according to the pre-examination and triage process of various infectious diseases,which can effectively help to find patients with infectious diseases,isolate and treat them as early as possible and reduce the infection of diseases,in order to avoid cross infection in hospital.In recent years,the incidence rate of infectious diseases is more higher,influenza A(H1N1)and influenza B(HBV)have been increased.Many patients who come to fever clinic usually have a certain degree of disgust,they are afraid of infectious diseases.Therefore,understanding the psychological problems of patients and carrying out targeted nursing can effectively help patients to understand the disease without delay and reduce the spread of infectious diseases.
