品管圈在脑卒中康复护理健康教育中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:研究品管圈在脑卒中康复护理健康教育中的应用效果。方法:2017-2019年收治脑卒中患者50例,随机分为两组。对照组给予健康教育,研究组在健康教育基础上加入品管圈,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组健康知识掌握度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过实行品管圈使脑卒中患者的康复护理效果更佳,提高了健康知识掌握度,降低了不良事件发生率。Objective:To study the application effect of quality control circle in stroke rehabilitation nursing health education.Methods:From 2017 to 2019,50 patients with stroke were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given health education.The research group joined the quality control circle on the basis of health education.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The health knowledge mastery score of the study group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of quality control circle can make the rehabilitation nursing effect of stroke patients better,the health knowledge was improved and the incidence of adverse events was reduced.
