摘　　要：目的:分析早期综合保健服务对婴幼儿生长及智力发育的作用。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年7月健康正常足月生产且年龄在3个月左右的婴幼儿100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规保健服务,观察组给予早期综合保健服务,比较两组婴幼儿生长及智力发育情况。结果:观察组婴幼儿6个月及12个月时身长、体重及头围均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组6个月及12个月时MI评分及DQ评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过早期综合保健服务,能够帮助婴幼儿优化生长,促进智力发育。Objective:To analyze the effects of early comprehensive health care services on the growth and intellectual development of infants and young children.Methods:From July 2019 to July 2020,100 healthy and normal infants and young children aged about 3 months were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.Control group received conventional health care services.The observation group provides early integrated health care services.To compare the growth and intellectual development of children.Results:The body length,body weight and head circumference of infants in the observation group were all better than the control group at 6 and 12 months,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).MI score and DQ score in the observation group were higher than the control group at 6 and 12 months,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early comprehensive health care service can help children to optimize their growth and promote their intellectual development.
